Mike and Ant drag a rare 1972 Datsun 510 2-door into the 21st century. The engine is in good order, but the bad paint job, gearbox and bodywork let it down.
Work Completed: Parts of rear driver’s side wing replaced using a part of the replacement rear wing which comes with the car, indicator light hole on front wings matched, full respray from race replica white, red and blue to blue, instrument clusters cleaned, tachometer installed, factory 4-speed manual swapped with 5-speed unit, crossmember modified to accommodate the new transmission, non-working taillights fixed and converted to LED bulbs, retro-styled wheels fitted to replace previous set of wheels, interior refreshed.
Notes: Rare 2-door variant. Previously modified by seller.

Who fixed the instrument panel!,
A couple of my favorite things are the way Mike deals for the cars (both buying and selling) and watching the Detail of the way Ant works to fix the cars. A lot of personality and love of cars is expressed in this inspirational show.
