- A special 75-minute episode featuring the last recorded segments from Series 22.
- Jeremy, Richard and James each purchase a classic European sports car and set off on an adventure.
- They also attempt to be ‘lifestyle leisure enthusiasts’ by purchasing cheap 4×4’s and facing a series of challenges.
Episode Guide
The first film sees Jeremy, Richard and James living the lifestyle of traditional classic car buffs, acquiring a Fiat 124 Spyder, Peugeot 304 Cabriolet and MGB GT before setting off an adventure incorporating brown beer, breakdowns (inevitably) and attending a car show where everything goes wrong.
In the second film sees the boys attempt to become ‘lifestyle leisure enthusiasts’ with the help of some very ratty old 4x4s. Armed with a budget of just £250, they each purchase a high-mileage, low-quality SUV – Clarkson a Vauxhall Frontera, Hammond a Jeep Cherokee and May a Mitsubishi Shogun Pinin – before embarking on a series of gruelling challenges, including a battle with the Stig’s Leisure Activity Cousin, which climaxes with a race that has a terrifying penalty for the person who loses.

I am not ashamed to say I fucking cried at the end. Tragedy.
I hate how you all put all fault on jerremy yet i hope that the jeremy fiqures out how to resurect topgear on netfix
IS THIS THE END OF TOP GEAR UK?
Of the Jezza, Hamster and Slow era, yes, otherwise no.
which is a long way of saying, yes. the new hosts just arent it.
i cant stand dailymotion…never works always buffering, freezing and playing ads over the video 🙁
where or how can we see it ? hola doesn’t support the bbc i player anymore… 🙁
I like how they had the elephant in the room in the studio
I only just clocked that when you mentioned ‘the elephant in the room’ LOL! All of last night I was like “What on earth is that elephant doing there?”
It should of been a orangatan because that’s what they both called
Him , I’ve never heard them call him a elephant
It was an elephant because of the ‘elephant in the room’ saying.
Yes I realised that but it still would of made more sense for an orangatan I suppose .
That can’t be the last episode , what should we watch , fifth gear ? instead staying like monkeys , why we don’t do something to mantain top-gear alive? let’s sign a petition , something …
No words can descibe how Sad i was watching the episode tonight the Last huara
:'( +1^
The studio takes where so cringy , you could almost sense the gun on the back of Richard and James heads
What a great way to end. Watching the studio bits was sad.
Also, the Japfest should have been called the ‘Crapfest’. It was full of garbage and morons who have clearly watched too much early Fast & Furious. The guys have been to Castle Combe before with the Mondeo priced classic supercars.
The TG test facility was also where they did the communist cars film. And that quarry looked like a down sized version of the massive one in Australia. Their cars didn’t break because it was soft sand hey were rolling down and not rock.
I nearly dies from laughter during Hammond’s wing walking session and the tag race.
Jezza: “I hate working on Top Gear!” Don’t worry, you don’t have to anymore xD
Watching the silent end credits was heart wrenching though.
Good bye TG ;_;
I wantedTop Gear to end with a Big Bombshell, Everything explodes! But no, Top Gear has ended sad and silence. It was a good episode.
It can’t have ended in a bang as these were recorded long before the row, they had no idea this was gonna happen so they can’t have filmed it.
Not this episode. But the scheduled end (in 3 years).
I see, but they wouldn’t have filmed that either though xD
