Built especially for James Bond himself, the DB10 is currently one of Aston Martin’s most exclusive cars. Based on an Aston V8 Vantage, the DB10 featured a slick new body and gadgets galore. You wouldn’t expect anything less for 007, would you?
Ten examples were manufactured for production of the latest 007 movie, Specture, and while most of them were modified for filming, this one remained standard and was used as a show car. It was also the car used by Daniel Craig at the film’s London premiere.
The downside? The price. The DB10 will be sold by auction house Christies, alongside other Spectre props on February 18th. On the day it is estimated that it’ll fetch anything from £1million to £1.5million. Aston Martin charged a similar sum for their low-production One-77 supercar, and 77 of those were made. 0 driven by 007.
So what do you think – overpriced, or car investment of the century?
